Hewitt Robins has successfully installed a V11 1.20m x 4.00m Inclined Triple Deck Screen, delivering a tailored solution to resolve long-standing challenges with the previous screen.
The existing problematic screen had the drive mounted above the screen and also had frequency issues. Hewitt Robins supplied a replacement made to measure screen that ran at a different frequency and overcame the issues with the neighbours.
The V11 1.20m x 4.00m Inclined Triple Deck Screen came complete with oil lubricated vibrator unit, feed box with polyurethane liners, discharge lips with polyurethane liners, rubber curtain in the backplate for easy access, v belt drive, vibrator pulleys, motor pulleys, 15kw drive motor, pivoting motor base, support springs and spring base plates. The screen also had modular poyluthen media and magnetic polyurethane crossmember protection.
Now fully operational, the new screen is delivering efficient and dependable performance, with the durability to remain in operation for many years to come.
