High Energy Screen

High Energy Screens

The Hewitt Robins High Energy Screen operates at higher G forces than standard screens which mean more energy is imparted into the material which separates the sticky material from the stone.

Standard screens normally operate at approximate 3G whereas a High Energy screen operates at 5.5G – 6.56.

High Energy Screens have the ability to reclaim valuable aggregate from stockpiles of material previously classified as waste. The High Energy screen is also able to screen materials with high moisture content and can produce high throughput with fine wet sands.

Hewitt Robins High Energy Screens are designed specifically for long life and low maintenance.

The majority of Hewitt Robins High Energy Screens are custom designed to fit into existing structures and buildings when current machines are in need of replacement. The High Energy screen can also come on a mobile plant.
