Hewitt Robins inclined screens have become the world standard in bulk materials processing, proving their exceptional reliability and high productivity in the toughest industrial environments. Hewitt Robins inclined screens are designed specifically for long life and low maintenance. They are circular motion screens and are typically fitted with a single shafted vibrator unit and installed between 14-22 degrees downhill.

The majority of Hewitt Robins Inclined Screens are custom designed and made to measure to fit into existing structures and buildings when current machines are in need of replacement. Our standard size of Inclined screens ranges from 1.25 – 3.6m in width and 2.4m - 9.6m in length and are available in single and multi-deck arrangements. Hewitt Robins International Ltd Inclined Screens can be designed specifically to suit your application.

Screens can be supplied with oil or grease lubricated depending on the application and are a bolted construction to allow single component replacement. Hewitt Robins Inclined Screens can come with the option of friction check assemblies, Spray bars, extra wear resistant protection, Modular deck systems, Side tensioned decks, perforated plate decks, dust encapsulations and special protective paints
