Hewitt Robins International has recently completed the replacement of a worn-out 2.1m x 7.0m Triple Deck screen with a newly engineered unit designed to deliver maximum performance and longevity.
The replacement screen was built to meet the specific requirements of the customer’s installation, with a custom design that ensured minimal modification to the existing structure. This precision-engineered solution is configured to separate at 35mm (top deck), 23mm (middle deck), and 5mm (bottom deck), guaranteeing efficient and consistent material processing.
Key features of the new screen include:
Increased distance between decks for easier maintenance and improved accessibility
Oil-lubricated drive system for long-term reliability
Rubber curtain in the back plate for safe and easy access
Rubber-lined vibrator tube and cross-member protection for enhanced durability
Support springs designed to absorb vibration and extend machine life
Polyurethane modular screening system for superior wear resistance
Installed safely, on time, and to specification, the new Triple Deck screen is now processing over 400tph of sand and gravel. With its robust design and high-capacity performance, this machine will continue to deliver reliable operation for many years to come.
