An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills, to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the busy Hewitt Robins team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports, meeting minutes and other correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including processing invoices and sales orders, credit control support and obtaining supplier delivery notes
  • Scanning and archiving
  • Any other duties as seen fit by the Office Manager

 

Candidate Requirements

The Administrative Assistant role is a support position, meaning that communication and organisational skills are paramount. To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills;

  • Previous Administration experience desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • To promote a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as within a team
  • Working knowledge of Sage accounts desired but not essential

 

Job Details

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am-3pm

Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum
