An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills, to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the busy Hewitt Robins team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports, meeting minutes and other correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including processing invoices and sales orders, credit control support and obtaining supplier delivery notes
- Scanning and archiving
- Any other duties as seen fit by the Office Manager
Candidate Requirements
The Administrative Assistant role is a support position, meaning that communication and organisational skills are paramount. To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills;
- Previous Administration experience desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure
- To promote a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as within a team
- Working knowledge of Sage accounts desired but not essential
Job Details
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am-3pm
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum
